3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee: $50.00
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include (credit card, debit card, or cash).All prices are subject to change, and clients will be notified of any changes before service.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that the cleaning area is accessible and free of hazards. Personal items should be secured or removed from cleaning areas.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24-hours to address your concerns.
7. Liability
VistaClean Solutions is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damages or loss of personal property unless caused by our negligence.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
